A little piece of the Marca España has slipped in the Royal Houses of all Europe. Queens and princesses often choose dressmakers from their own countries for the design of their clothes. But this don’t happen with the children´s fashion, where the heirs to the throne from Europe have become accustomed to being dressed by Spanish firms. An example that shows one more time that children´s fashion is a sector on the rise in Spain.
This is confirmed by the last report provided by the National Association for Children’s Fashion and Childcare (ASEPRI), which providse very positive data for the Spanish industry. 2015 ended with a turnover of 1,204 million euros, 7.5% more than in the previous year. Furthermore, for the first time, international sales exceed the national sales, and it accounts the 51% of the total invoice.
But not only the good results obtained during the last years raised the expectations of Spanish manufacturers, but also the fact that more and more little princes and princesses dress with Spanish clothes. This gives sector raison for optimism for the future.
